Warm Bean Salad
serves 6
1 can (15.5oz) red kidney beans
1 can (15.5oz) small white beans
1 can (15.5oz) chick peas
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons italian seasonings
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup crushed tomatoes
½ cup diced green bell peppers
Rinse and drain beans
Heat oil and seasonings in a large skillet
Add tomatoes and peppers
Let mixture thicken for about 10 minutes
Stir in beans
Cook for 10 minutes
Serve warm
